Tuesday 8:00–8:45 AM
This dynamic class combines weights and resistance bands with 20 energizing minutes standing and 20 focused minutes on the floor. In just 40–45 minutes, you’ll get a full-body workout that keeps you moving.
It’s a powerful start to your fitness journey. We emphasize stability, balance, and coordination — essential skills that support progress at every level, from beginners to seasoned movers ready to level up.
Equipment: Mat, bands, and your motivation!
Tuesday and Thursday 9am - 9:45am
Get ready to move! This class keeps you active with both seated and standing exercises.
You’ve got total privacy—other participants can’t see you!
That means you’re free to push yourself at YOUR pace and YOUR comfort level!
Only the Instructor can see you, supporting you while you work out with confidence!
Equipment: Hard Chair, weights, bands, and a cheery attitude!
Thursday 8am - 8:45am
Let’s GO! Grab your weights/water bottles, bands, and mat—we’re about to crush it with both seated and standing moves that’ll fire up your whole body!
Equipment: Mat, Light & heavy weights, have the bands nearby.
Thursday 10am - 10:45 am
Grab a chair and let’s wake up that wonderful fascia! We’ll stretch, breathe, and bravely balance on one foot (yes, you can!). This gentle, feel-good class relaxes tight muscles, clears the mind, and retrains your brain. Each week, balance gets steadier, confidence grows, and your body says, “Thank you!”
Equipment: Mat, bands, and get ready to release some fascia
